Say you have yourself an e-commerce website. You have traffic and you have sales, but you’re just not quite happy with the numbers. You want more sales from the traffic you are currently getting. Let’s put it like this, there are many factors that could come into play when trying to understand why it is users are coming and going without buying. But one big factor is your website’s user experience. In this post I will share with you some of the common UX issues; however, there is a chance that none of the UX issues I mention apply to your particular situation.
